everyone went hyper and dan Tamasek ppl came to Tk...
its so enjoyable with Shawn trng wth us...

and during trng i fell down, cox we were in da field running dan v.slippery dan i slipped..hahax...

so as usual after trng we changed and did alot of crazy ting, so farni...

ate kfc for lunch and Shawn ordered Cheese Fries dan nv gif him da cheese...

hahax.. ok, todae i went to suntec city...
went to see da exhibition..
nah, i did nt go and c sexpo, too young...
i went to da sports exhibition, n it turned out great!!!
i oso took afew picts...
over there, there is running, basketball, fencing, snorkling and freestyle skating...
its like so totaly awesome lor...
i took picts i will upload them... enjoy da pictures!!!

than after da exhibition, with mii parents we went to walk around suntec dan went to Nike BIRD dan i got diz cool nike poster...

so datz practically wad i did the whole day lor...

ok...
todae trng was so farn.. we as usual did alot of running..
i juz love da reaction time ting...

jump dan run hahax...
so fun..

so after trng as usual we go to parkway parade..
we had lunch at da banquet food court..
we tried to pang seh soo han but cannot...
hahax...

so we ate, dan soo han left early dan we went to crap..
we went to giant to crap and diz is da vid dat we took at giant...
haf farn watching...

we also took ali wth a motor bike!!

so after taking that crap video, we walked about and realise dat Zatch Bell is at Parkway parade!!
so we. ali, justin, elbert, amar, stefan went to watch...
hahax..
and we took vid and fotos too..

hahax, ok todae went trng...
v.farn, ran alot...
we did speed work... so farn... =D
so run run run, i nearly won ali.. haish...

ok so after trng... we wanted to go out to eat bt we dun wanna Soo Han to tag along...
so we said we nv go and eat, dan damn farni da way we escape her was so farn, like Counter Strike like dat...

ok so we went to hide in da boys toilet and i took diz foto...

ok so we succesfully manage to excape soo han and we went to eat our lunch at da food court...

ok, todae i went for trng but im not suppose to train cox im sick, i got gastric, but nevertheless, i trained...
but i do less dan da rest of mii athletes...
so it was quite farn, but whn we were suppose tp do stamina run, coach asked mii to stped half way, cox he sae not to push miself... hahax..
bt is ok.. so i stped although i can carry on...
so after trng we went to pp and eat and crapped.... and do mani stuff.. like walking around...
so datz about all...
whn i came home i slept alot!!

hahax, ok, so todae i went out wth mii friends..
we went to marina, played alot of games... had alot of farn.. =)
first we went to eat lunch at kfc, drew on da board wth mii marker.. hahax..
after dat we went to plae arcade, dan da gurls go and buy movie tickets.. =P
after dat we went to watch movie "step up"...
dat show is v.nice and interesting, one of mii friend after watchin it he sae he wanted to learn hip hop.. =))
so bassically u shud noe by noe dat da movie is about dancing, there is diz guy, he vandalize some tings in a sch, dan he had to do community service for da sch, so he needed to clean da place for a certain amount of time, after dat a hot gal saw him dance, (da school is da school of arts) ok dan she asked da teacher if he could b her partner..
datz roughly da story, if u wanna noe more about da movie go and watch it!!!(i dun wanna b a movie spoiler telling ur too much)

ok so after da movie, we went to plae arcade again, plae plae plae cox we nided to wait for da bowling, got no space so we plae arcade... dan whn got space ler, call mii friend fone, dan we go plae bowling lor..
dan plae bowling so farn...
in da end suppose is i get highest score de but starting i lowest, cox in da end, mii friend went to change mii score, dan i become 2nd...!!! lol!!!
so farni lor....
so dats all lar for da day...
mii friends went out for dinner, but i gtg cox mii mum ask mii go hum by 6plus...
datz all i did for todae... =)
