ok.. today was kindna sucky... training we did 10 rounds of warm up, which suck like.. hmm.. terribly? and we had to the some conditionings and there is one that is damn retarded, but we still have to do it as it is GOOD FOR US! so after that, hmm.. well.. what did we do.. OOHYA... we did bounding... and that is when my back started to ache real real bad... and when we are suppose to do sprinting i could not continue.. =( my coach told me that maybe my bone went out of the spacing or something like that... well... so i couldnt continue.. waited for everyone and we did 50 sit ups and 20 push ups... after that, went to have lunch with karmin, although she did not eat.. haha and i realise that my TURBO PHANTOM CAME! AND EAST BAY SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT SAID THAT IT WAS LOST... =.= but look at the bright side... i got my spike shoe that i wanted! ^^ so.. i went home.. bathed, had a nap and slept, woke up, went tution.. come home nap again wake up eat dinner.. after that study study study... than now typing this blog post... haha.. yea.. so that is almost all what happened today... =) good night guys!

haha, ytd, smt farny happened to me.. i shall tell ur dan.. i was having my afternoon nap, than my mum woke me up, instinctively, i went to da toilet and on the heater to bath, like a normal school day... before that my ahma came to my house, so my mum was like telling me "remember, ahma came our house just now?" hahax... so its like so farni, and i did nt believe it was still sat and not monday morning untill i saw the clock... haha, i tink im suffering from mild memory lapse and could not remember the past, probably its the stress probably im too blurr.. hu noes? =)

heys all... since a long time since i posted... was quite busy in the new school well, let me tok about my new school dan... it is reali wonderfull wth all the crappy ppl in my class, its quite farn, recently, actually only juz now, i juz came baq from the OEp (overseas education programme) trip from bali... the trip was reali an 'eye opener' for me as i now noe my friends beta... i oso got to noe da teachers beta and bonded wth the class, like a big family... (the teachers are the parents) so basically i wanna sae dat acsi is quite a gd sch n im enjoying my life in the sch... =)
